Construction of Siddhirganj 335 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant is under way as a replacement of 2x150 MW Peaking Power Plant Project. This Project is expected to be completed by 2014~2015.
Procurement process for EPC contractor is underway. International Development Association (IDA) is financing the power plant project along with -
(a) 230 KV S/S and 11 km 230 KV transmission line (PGCB component)
(b) 60 km Gas Pipe Line from Bakhrabad to Siddhirganj (GTCL Component) |

| 6. Draft Contract Document has been sent to World Bank for concurremce. |
| 7. RDPP has been sent to Ministry on 26 October, 2011. |

| Land Lease Agreement |

| Land Lease Agreement was signed between EGCB Ltd. & BPDB on 27 July, 2011 for 9.24 acres of land at Siddhirganj power station area on rental basis. |

| Draft Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for 335 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant has been handed over to BPDB. BPDB is reviewing the PPA and hopefully it will be finalized by the end of this month. |

| Draft GSA for Siddhirganj 335 MW CCPP has been handed over to Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd. (TGTDCL). TGTDCL reviewing the GSA and hopefully it will be finalized by the end of this month. |
