Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Limited appointed SNC Lavalin and their consortium as Owner’s Engineer (OE) during 2007-2008. International Development Association (IDA) is financing the power plant project along with
(a) 230 KV S/S and 11 km 230 KV transmission line (PGCB component)
(b) 60 km Gas Pipe Line from Bakhrabad to Siddhirganj (GTCL Component)
